$5.8 Billion on Halloween?

I don't think I'll spend that much, but that's the amount expected to be spent in the US this year on Halloween.  Amazing!  No wonder so many business advertise and sell Halloween items.  The article says that the average American spends $66 for Halloween, including about $20 for candy!  How much do you usually spend?
